He earned his Bachelor of Law from Universitas Indonesia and Master in International Law, with a specialization on Oceans, the Environment, and Sustainability from Utrecht Universiteit. Jeremia has written several articles and/or reports on the topics of maritime security, law of the sea, and human rights at sea.
